The driving is on the left side of the road. The signage uses the Thai script, and the truck advertises a "C.S. Thai Trading" company with a Bangkok-style phone number format. The coordinates provided in the image metadata (N 13.7720, E 100.5327) point directly to a major expressway in Bangkok, Thailand. The dense urban skyline and elevated highway structure are characteristic of the Bangkok metropolitan area. I am very certain of this location.
