The architecture is distinctly classical Italian, featuring stone facades and narrow, historic streets typical of Rome. The blue cross sign is a common indicator of a pharmacy ("farmacia") in Italy. The text "OTTICA SOLE" on the storefront confirms the language is Italian. The overall atmosphere and building style strongly suggest a central district in Rome. I am quite confident this is in Rome, Italy.
