I see a sign that says "Асоциация на банките в България" (Association of Banks in Bulgaria) and a waste container labeled "ТИТАН София Център". The Cyrillic script and the mention of Sofia strongly indicate I am in the capital of Bulgaria. The architecture and street layout are consistent with central Sofia. I am very sure of this location.
