Coo! I'm flying over a wide, multi-lane road where traffic is keeping to the right. The presence of palm trees and the arid, sun-drenched landscape suggests a desert climate, likely in the Middle East. The concrete barriers and tall, modern street lighting are very characteristic of infrastructure in the Gulf states. I suspect this is somewhere in the United Arab Emirates, possibly near Dubai or Abu Dhabi. I am moderately sure of this region.

Coo! The view shows a highway leading into a tunnel, which is very common in the urban landscape of the United Arab Emirates. The specific style of the concrete barriers and the desert vegetation lining the road confirms my suspicion of the region. The bright, harsh sunlight and clear sky are typical for this area. I am quite confident this is in Dubai, heading towards one of the major tunnel crossings.
