The architecture, with its classic arches and stone facades, strongly suggests a historic Italian city. The presence of numerous scooters and the specific style of the street signage point toward Italy. The clothing and general atmosphere are consistent with a busy European urban center. I suspect this is a major city in Northern Italy, possibly Milan or Turin. I am moderately sure of this location.
