The street sign clearly indicates "GuangFu N. Rd." in English and Chinese characters, which points directly to Taiwan. The presence of numerous scooters and the specific style of the traffic lights and road markings are characteristic of Taipei. The architecture and the density of the urban environment further support this location. I am very confident this is in Taipei, Taiwan.
