The sun is high, suggesting a mid-latitude location. The architecture and the style of the buildings, combined with the clear sky, point toward a modern urban environment in Australia. I see a sign that says "Stylemaster," which is a brand often associated with Australian construction. The vehicle parked on the right is a modern SUV, and the general layout feels like a quiet backstreet in a major Australian city. I suspect this is in Melbourne or a similar metropolitan area.

I am fairly sure this is in Australia.

The panorama confirms this is a light industrial area, likely an urban renewal zone in Australia. The "Stylemaster Panels" sign is a strong indicator of a local business. The architecture, with its mix of older industrial buildings and modern, angular facades, is very characteristic of inner-city Melbourne, specifically areas like Collingwood or Fitzroy. The bright, clear sky and high sun position are consistent with a typical Australian afternoon. I am confident this is in Melbourne, Victoria.
