The night view shows a very tall flagpole in the distance, which is a common landmark in Saudi Arabian cities. The palm trees and landscaping style are characteristic of the region. The flag atop the pole appears to be the green flag of Saudi Arabia. I am fairly confident this is a major public square or park in a Saudi city.
