The cars are driving on the left side of the road, which is a strong indicator for countries like Australia. The road signage is in English and features a distinctive green color scheme, typical of Australian highway signage. I see a high-rise skyline in the distance that looks like a major Australian city. The vegetation and overall urban layout strongly suggest an Australian metropolitan area. I suspect this is Sydney, Australia, near the city center. I am fairly sure of this location.
