The architecture, with its distinct balconies and building style, strongly suggests Italy. I see signs in Italian, such as "La Pastacoglia" and "Tintoria," confirming this location. The vehicles are parked on the right side, consistent with right-hand traffic. The urban density and style of the apartment blocks point towards a major northern Italian city like Milan or Turin. I am fairly confident this is in Milan.
