The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road, which is standard for most of Europe. The van has "FCF" and "Milano" written on it, strongly suggesting an Italian location. The architecture, with its multi-story residential buildings and balconies, is very characteristic of northern Italian cities. I see a sign for "YIFAN" and some graffiti, consistent with a dense urban environment. I suspect this is in Milan, Italy.
