The street scene shows a European urban environment at night with a distinct "no parking" sign typical of Italy. The architecture, with its dense, multi-story buildings and graffiti-covered shutters, strongly suggests a major Italian city like Milan or Turin. The tram tracks visible in the road are a common feature in these historic urban centers. I am reasonably sure this is in Italy.

I suspect this is Milan, Italy.
