The scene shows a European-style urban environment at night with right-hand traffic. The architecture, featuring multi-story residential buildings with balconies and shutters, strongly suggests Italy. The road markings, including the white zebra crossing, are typical of Italian urban planning. The overall atmosphere and building style point towards a major northern Italian city like Milan or Turin. I am fairly confident this is in Italy.
