The architecture of these brick apartment blocks with balconies is very characteristic of Northern Europe, particularly Denmark. The yellow license plates on the cars, visible on the grey Fiat, strongly suggest Denmark. The bare trees and overcast sky point to a late autumn or winter climate in Scandinavia. I suspect this is a residential area in or near Copenhagen. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
