The scene shows right-hand traffic and a distinct North American urban aesthetic with modern high-rise architecture. The signage, including a phone number format on the "Soletta" storefront, strongly suggests Canada. The skyline in the distance and the specific street layout are characteristic of downtown Toronto. I am quite confident this is in the vicinity of the Entertainment or Fashion District in Toronto.
