The architecture, with its classic European urban style and balconies, strongly suggests Italy. The sign "Compass" and the general layout of the street are typical of Italian cities. The presence of a scooter and the style of the buildings point toward a major northern Italian city like Milan or Turin. I suspect this is somewhere in Milan, Italy. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
