The presence of *Araucaria angustifolia* trees strongly suggests the southern region of Brazil. The red circular traffic sign with an "E" is a typical Brazilian "No Parking" sign. The architecture and the general urban layout are consistent with a mid-sized to large Brazilian city. I suspect this is in Curitiba, a city famous for these specific pine trees. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
