The cars are driving on the right side of the road. I see a BRT delivery truck, which is a common logistics company in Italy. There is a Volkswagen dealership sign in the distance, and the architecture with the brick buildings and plane trees feels very Mediterranean. The license plates are European style with blue strips on the sides. I suspect this is in Italy, possibly in a city like Bologna or Milan.

I am 60% sure.

The scene confirms Italy with the BRT truck and the Volkswagen dealership. The architecture and the specific style of the street signs and traffic lights are very characteristic of Northern Italian urban centers. The plane trees lining the road are typical for cities like Milan or Turin. Given the density and the specific layout, I am fairly confident this is in Milan.

I am 85% sure.
