The yellow center line on the road indicates right-hand traffic, common in North America. The architecture of the mid-rise apartment buildings and the style of the street signage suggest a Canadian city. The presence of a "Bell" logo on the van strongly points towards Canada. The mature trees and suburban residential feel are consistent with areas like Toronto or its surrounding suburbs. I am fairly confident this is in the Greater Toronto Area.
