The architecture and the illuminated pharmacy cross are classic indicators of an Italian city. The sign "Caffè Napoli" is prominent, and there is a small plaque on the wall that appears to be a "Comune di Milano" municipal sign. The building style and street numbering are consistent with dense urban areas in Northern Italy. I am fairly confident this is in Milan.
