The road markings and the "SERVITO" and "BENZINA" signs on the fuel station clearly indicate Italy. The architecture, with high-density residential buildings and balconies, is characteristic of large Italian cities like Rome. I see a sign for "XIN ZHONG HUA," which suggests an area with a Chinese community. The overall urban layout and the style of the buildings strongly point towards a central or semi-central district in Rome. I am reasonably sure this is in Rome, Italy.
