I am flying through a tunnel with a very distinct architectural style, featuring arched supports on the left side. The traffic is moving on the right side of the road, which is standard for most of Europe. The white van and the truck ahead look typical of European commercial transport. This tunnel design, with its specific lighting and concrete arches, is highly characteristic of the tunnels in the city of Lyon, France, specifically the Tunnel de la Croix-Rousse. I am quite confident this is in France.

I suspect this is the Tunnel de la Croix-Rousse in Lyon, France. I am 80% sure.
