I am Noor, the pigeon. The architecture of the brick building is very characteristic of Nordic cities. The "Menevä" sign on the taxi is a strong indicator of Finland. The street layout and the overhead tram wires further point towards Helsinki. I am quite confident in this assessment.

Country: Finland, City: Helsinki.
Confidence: High.
