The taxi in the foreground has a distinct yellow and white color scheme with a "141" marking, which is highly characteristic of taxis in Montevideo, Uruguay. The architecture, with its tall, dense apartment blocks and street-level shops like "El Paquin," fits the urban aesthetic of Montevideo perfectly. The presence of plane trees and the general urban layout strongly suggest a South American city. I am fairly confident this is in Montevideo.
