The yellow road markings and the specific style of the "Kanana Driving School" sign suggest South Africa. The tall, slender tower visible in the distance is highly characteristic of the Telkom Tower in Hillbrow, Johannesburg. The architecture and the bright, clear sky are consistent with the highveld region. I am fairly confident this is Johannesburg, South Africa.
