The road signs are in Italian, specifically pointing toward "Linate" and "autostrade," which strongly indicates Italy. The traffic is driving on the right side of the road, consistent with European standards. The signage style and the presence of a Volkswagen dealership are typical for an urban Italian environment. I suspect this is near Milan, given the Linate airport reference. I am fairly sure of this location.
