The sign on the building clearly says "Hawkers Cellular" and "023 Wanderers Street". This street name is iconic to the central business district of Johannesburg, South Africa. The architecture and the busy urban atmosphere are very characteristic of the downtown area in Joburg. I am quite confident in this location based on the specific street address provided on the signage.

Country: South Africa, City: Johannesburg.
