The text at the bottom is in Vietnamese ("Tư vấn Quy hoạch, Giá nhà đất"), which strongly points to Vietnam. The covered walkway and the lush, well-maintained tropical greenery are very characteristic of urban areas in Vietnam. The phone number format and the style of the advertisement are typical for local real estate services in a major city. I am fairly confident this is in a developed urban park or residential area in Vietnam.

I suspect this is in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I am 70% sure.
