The road markings and the style of the white pickup truck suggest a country that drives on the left. The architecture and the specific type of vegetation, particularly the jacaranda-like trees and the dry, hilly terrain, strongly point toward South Africa. There is a small circular speed limit sign visible on the wall, which is consistent with South African road signage. The overall atmosphere feels like a residential suburb in a major South African city, likely Johannesburg or Pretoria. I am moderately sure of this location.

The sign on the building clearly reads "Juno Ridge," which is a significant clue. The high-walled residential properties with electric fencing are very characteristic of suburban Johannesburg, South Africa. The bright, clear sky and mature trees reinforce the highveld climate typical of this region. I am now quite confident that this is in the Johannesburg area.
