I see signs for "Truworths," "Identity," and "Rosebank College." These are prominent South African retail and educational brands. The architecture and the style of the signage are very characteristic of urban centers in South Africa. I suspect this is in Johannesburg, specifically the Rosebank area. I am quite confident in this assessment.
