The environment is heavily snow-covered, suggesting a Nordic climate. The architecture features modern, dark brick apartment buildings with balconies, typical of urban development in Finland or Sweden. A blue parking sign with a white 'P' is visible, which is standard in many European countries. The overall aesthetic and the specific style of the residential blocks strongly point towards a coastal city in Finland, possibly near Helsinki. I am fairly confident this is in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
