The road signs are in Finnish and Swedish, mentioning "Kamppi" and "Rautatieasema" (railway station). The architecture and the bus with "Vainio" branding strongly suggest a major urban center in Finland. The "Kamppi" sign is a very specific landmark in Helsinki. I am quite confident this is near the Kamppi Center in Helsinki, Finland.
