I see a "Pick n Pay" store and a "Rosebank College" sign with a ".co.za" web address, which strongly points to South Africa. The presence of well-known South African retail chains like Truworths and Identity confirms this location. The architecture and street vibe are characteristic of a busy urban center in a major South African city. I am very confident this is in South Africa, likely Johannesburg.
