I am cooing from a street with tram tracks, which suggests a European city. The architecture and the text in the window ("AVOINNA") point strongly toward Finland. The driving side is on the right, consistent with Finnish traffic laws. The overall atmosphere and building style feel very characteristic of Helsinki. I am fairly confident in this location.
