The architecture, with its classic European style and flower-adorned balconies, suggests a historic city center. The cobblestone street and the presence of an electric scooter indicate a modern, pedestrian-friendly urban area in Central or Eastern Europe. The overall atmosphere and building aesthetic strongly point towards a city like Prague. I am fairly confident this is in the Czech Republic.
