The road markings and the speed limit sign indicate a right-hand traffic system. The architecture, specifically the grey concrete wall with arched panels and the style of the buildings, is very characteristic of Eastern Europe, particularly Romania. The speed limit sign is a standard European circular design. The overhead power lines are quite dense, which is common in many Romanian urban or suburban areas. I suspect this is in Romania, possibly near Bucharest. I am moderately sure.

The dense overhead wiring and the specific design of the concrete wall with arched panels continue to point strongly toward Romania. The residential building in the background features a common style of apartment block found in suburban Bucharest or nearby satellite towns. The vegetation and clear blue sky are consistent with a temperate climate in late spring or summer. I am becoming more confident that this is in the Ilfov County area surrounding Bucharest. I am quite sure.
