The architecture, with its specific style of multi-story residential buildings and metal balconies, strongly suggests Eastern Europe. The presence of snow and the overcast sky point to a cold, temperate climate during winter. The dense overhead power lines are very characteristic of residential areas in countries like Romania or Bulgaria. I suspect this is somewhere in Romania. I am moderately sure.

The environment remains consistent with a residential area in a post-Soviet or Eastern European country. The Fiat Punto and the overall architecture of the buildings, combined with the grey, snowy conditions, reinforce my previous assessment. The dense web of power lines on concrete poles is a very common sight in Romania. I am now quite confident this is in Romania, likely in a city like Brașov or a similar urban center.
