The traffic is moving on the right side of the road, which is standard for most of Europe. The presence of a "Miele" branded van and several Škoda vehicles strongly points towards Central Europe, likely the Czech Republic. The architecture in the distance, particularly the church-like structures, is characteristic of Prague. I am on a bridge overlooking a city, which matches the profile of the Nusle Bridge in Prague. I am fairly sure of this location.
