The road markings and blue circular traffic signs with white arrows are characteristic of the Netherlands. The architecture, featuring red brick apartment blocks and a modern urban layout, confirms this Dutch context. The street sign style and the overall infrastructure design are very typical for a Dutch city. I am very sure this is in the Netherlands.
