I see a yellow sign for "Iki," which is a prominent supermarket chain in Lithuania. The text "Loftas" and "Europa Vox" on the banners points to a well-known arts factory and music venue in Vilnius. The architecture of the building and the general urban atmosphere are consistent with the Naujamiestis district of Vilnius. I am very confident this is Lithuania.

Country: Lithuania, City: Vilnius.
Confidence: High.
