The BP gas station and the specific style of the "Ultimate" branding are common in South Africa. The vehicle license plates and the general appearance of the urban environment strongly point to a major South African city. The architecture and the lush, mature trees suggest a suburban area, likely in Gauteng. I suspect this is in Johannesburg or a nearby suburb. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
