The road markings and the presence of a small truck and motorcycles suggest left-hand traffic, typical of India. The billboard script and the overall urban landscape, including the style of high-rise construction, point towards a major Indian metropolitan area. The hazy sky and tropical vegetation are consistent with a coastal or humid region in India. I suspect this is in the Mumbai metropolitan area, likely near Thane or Navi Mumbai. I am reasonably sure of this location.
