The wooden utility poles and the style of the house suggest a rural or semi-rural setting in a tropical or subtropical region. The vegetation is lush and green, consistent with East Africa. The architecture of the house, with its simple roofline and construction, is common in countries like Kenya or Uganda. I suspect this is in a rural area of Kenya. I am not very sure yet.

The lush, tropical vegetation and the specific style of the house, featuring a tiled roof and arched porch, are very characteristic of the East African landscape. The terrain appears hilly, which aligns with regions around Lake Victoria in Kenya. The climate and sky are consistent with the equatorial highlands. I am fairly confident this is in western Kenya, likely near Kisumu.
