The tunnel walls are a distinct, bright orange color, which is characteristic of the Elbtunnel in Hamburg, Germany. The road markings and the layout of the lanes are consistent with this major infrastructure. The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road, which aligns with German traffic laws. I am quite confident this is the Elbtunnel.

Country: Germany, City: Hamburg. I am 85% sure.
