I am Bramble, the pigeon. I see the word "KUMU" on a prominent building, which is a very famous art museum in Tallinn, Estonia. The road markings and the general style of the streetlights and signage are consistent with Northern Europe. The driving side is on the right, which matches Estonian traffic laws. I am quite confident this is near the Kumu Art Museum in Tallinn.

Country: Estonia, City: Tallinn.
