The street sign clearly says "Pico Bl", which is a major thoroughfare in Los Angeles. The light rail station infrastructure and the "Metro" signage confirm this is the Los Angeles Metro system. The architecture and the specific street name point towards the downtown or central LA area. I am very confident this is in Los Angeles, California.
