The eucalyptus trees are a strong indicator of Australia. The road markings and the general landscape suggest a park or memorial setting in a suburban area. The vehicle in front has a standard Australian-style rear profile. I am fairly confident this is in Australia, likely near a war memorial given the monument visible in the distance. I suspect the location is in a city like Adelaide or Melbourne.
