The street signs and architecture, specifically the "Maple-All Fashion Court" sign, strongly suggest a commercial district in a major US city. The style of the buildings and the dense urban environment point toward Los Angeles, specifically the Fashion District. The signage is in English, and the traffic flows on the right side of the road. I am reasonably sure this is in the heart of the Los Angeles Fashion District.
