The road markings and the style of the directional signage are distinctly French. The "Lavage" sign indicates a car wash, and the architecture of the apartment blocks in the distance is typical of French suburban housing projects. The road layout and the blue directional signs suggest a location in France, likely near a medium-sized town or city. I am fairly confident this is in France.

I suspect this is in the vicinity of Saint-Denis or a similar suburban area near Paris. I am 60% sure.

The road sign clearly says "OULLINS," which is a commune in the Lyon metropolis of France. The driving side is on the right, and the infrastructure matches the suburban landscape of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The presence of the "Lavage" sign and the specific road layout confirms this is a French urban environment. I am highly confident this is in Oullins, near Lyon.

I am 95% sure.
