The street scene shows a sign with the Greek word "ΦΑΡΜΑΚΕΙΟ" (pharmacy), which strongly indicates Greece. The architecture, with multi-story residential buildings featuring balconies, is very characteristic of urban Greece. The traffic signs and the general layout of the street are consistent with a Greek city. I am fairly confident this is in Greece, likely in a major city like Athens or Thessaloniki.
